About Me:
Mr Kwong is the Head of Arts and Counselling Master in a local secondary school. He is currently the member of Committee on Arts Education, Curriculum Development Council (CDC), the Examiner of The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) and the former President of Hong Kong Society for Education in Art (HKSEA) (2016-2020). He is also a Registered Arts Therapist (ANZACATA).
Kwong graduated with a BEd (Visual Arts) from HKIEd, PGDE (Secondary) from CUHK ,and a Master's degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from HKU. He is currently a Doctor of Education (EdD) student at the Faculty of Education, HKU.
