About Me:
Joe Tsang is currently an EdD candidate in the Division of Social Contexts and Policies of Education. He is also a Chinese Language teacher in a local school. Joe obtained the degree of MSocSc (Social Work-Youth) from The University of Hong Kong. He performs strong interest in the research of Education Policy since he believes that school teachers should involve more in school governance and the policy-making process.
