Research interest:
My research interest focuses on the role of educational leadership in forming a caring and equitable school culture to respond to the growing diversity in the Eastern context. More specifically, my endeavour is to explore context-based leadership strategies to develop ethnic minority student sense of belonging and identity. Based on my interdisciplinary study in both economics and education, I am also interested in investigating the effectiveness of education policies and reforms to realize educational inclusion.
Research skills:
For research methodology, I currently focus on ethnography and qualitative case study. From studying economics, I do have previous experience utilising STATA and SPSS.
